@bshumaker Luckily, your wp-config file won’t change after an update, so you can drop it in and not have to worry about it being over-written. Editing wp-config is one of the few things you CAN do that won’t be changed.

Is there a way to have your theme’s function.php file or a plugin file check wp-config.php to see if it contains that block of code and add it if it doesn’t exist? Like after a core update?
