		<description>True, but on other elements (like A tags) the block is needed to give it that block structure.  The P tag was a bad example to use, because (as you point out) it&#039;s already a block element.  But on other, non block elements, it&#039;s absolutely necessary, or you can&#039;t set a height and width.</description>
